JASPER HØIBY’S PLANET B (DK/UK)
Over the past decade, Copenhagen-born bassist Jasper Høiby has become known worldwide for his expressive sound and charismatic stage presence – with his renowned power trio Phronesis, his group Fellow Creatures, and most recently with his trio Planet B, for which Høiby is developing adventurous new music that transcends the narrow confines of political debate and takes his compositional qualities into exciting new territory, combining acoustic sounds with sweeping electronic soundscapes, speech samples and dizzying loops.

There are no individual tickets for the opening ceremony on Thursday, 27 April at 1 p.m. The event is open to registered trade visitors and holders of a regular festival ticket.
