Solo album ‘ROOMS’ is out now on Chant Records.Randi Pontoppidan is a recognized and sought-after singer, improviser, and composer. She works live with loop machines and other electronic devices. She uses her voice to explore musical landscapes and bring forth new sounds. The voice becomes the instrument. From free improvisation, free jazz, to contemporary music, Pontoppidan has over the years developed extremely extended singing techniques. Member of the vocal group IKI and the collective Damkapellet.

Tickets can be purchased for the events and concerts of the festival – including the showcases.
There are no individual tickets for the opening ceremony on Thursday, 27 April at 1 p.m. The event is open to registered trade visitors and holders of a regular festival ticket.
