Sc’ööf (CH)
Amidst the hills of Switzerland, a group of like-minded individuals converged in 2015, united in their passion for pushing sonic boundaries. The radical musical language of Sc’ööf defies categorization, blending jazz, rock, metal, punk, and experimental music into a sound that is uniquely their own. Their strong affection for captivatingly odd grooves and an excessive live energy makes Sc’ööf an exciting bag of surprises. They were awarded the 2020 ZKB Jazzpreis at Moods in Zürich, and about their debut album “Weaving Elephants” (Club Dänemark), Jazz’n’More wrote: “the music captivates through its otherness and compactness.”

Tickets can be purchased for the events and concerts of the festival – including the showcases.
There are no individual tickets for the opening ceremony on Thursday, 27 April at 1 p.m. The event is open to registered trade visitors and holders of a regular festival ticket.
