The Bernhard Mergner Group (trumpet) with Oli Poppe (piano), Michael Haupt (double bass) und Philipp Pumplün (drums) plays with the international acclaimed saxophone artist Martin Classen.
The experienced musicians find a great harmony to celebrate the extraordinary opportunities in sound and personal expression. Trough the inventive interplay the musicians find new ways of expression in their originals. A wonderful evening awaits the listeners with great musical mastery and a rich balance between dynamic energy, lyrical interpretation and playful improvisations.
