15 sq m – One Day – Full Impact

Committing to a stand for the full three days of jazzahead! can be challenging. If you have always wanted to keep full flexibility while promoting your company, we’ve got you.

Check out our latest stand option: a fully and uniquely equipped stand of 15 sq m in our Pop-Up Village, bookable for one day and only €690 including two exhibitor accreditations.

Bremen Convention Bureau

The Bremen Convention Bureau offers rooms in different price categories to all participants of jazzahead! 2026. Your benefit:

  • All rates include breakfast
  • All rooms can be cancelled (see cancellation terms)
  • Payment will be made directly on site at the booked hotel
  • Almost all hotels can be reached by foot from the venue; the distances can be found in the hotel overview
  • Personal advice

 

All prices are fixed rates which we guarantee for 4 weeks before arrival (subject to availability). Afterwards there are only hotel rooms available with up-to-date rates.

Each room needs one booking process. Start via the booking button above. For individual hotel bookings up to five rooms add another booking by using the button “new hotel booking” at the end of each booking process.

Warning Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) and Others

Our exhibitors have been contacted by EHS, Dynamix Services and other agencies directly with special hotel deals. We are in no way in contact or affiliated with this company. If you want to book a hotel safely, please use the approved hotel list by jazzahead! and Bremen Convention Bureau.

At jazzahead! 2025 you have several options for booking a room for your own event:

  • Do you want to present something amidst the fair? – choose the Conference Room!
  • You plan an exclusive event or a reception? Maybe also a workshop? – (almost) everything can be realized in the Business Lounge!
  • Network gatherings or workshops are of interest? – check the Magazinboden!
  • You want to have a meeting in a closed space for up to ten people? – book the Event Office!

We would like to point out that we are in no way affiliated with this. The brand name “jazzahead!” was used without our knowledge or consent for these mailings. In case you receive mails in that manner, we advise you to disregard and discard it. As a jazzahead! attendee with a registration valid for the current year, you will always have access to the detailed attendee list via our participants portal.
