is is a trade fair, conference and showcase festival - with contemporary, high-profile jazz from Germany and Europe and from overseas. From April 23rd to 25th 2026, the jazz world will come together to network, exchange ideas, attend conferences and panels, and experience 38 showcase concerts in the official program during four days at jazzahead!
In 2025 were around 3,300 professional participants from 66 nations were registered, coming from various fields of business activities like: artists, bookers, labels, agencies, publishers, festivals and clubs, distributors, production companies, lobby institutions, associations, press and more.

At jazzahead! 2025 you have several options for booking a room for your own event:
Do you want to present something amidst the fair? – choose the Conference Room!
You plan an exclusive event or a reception? Maybe also a workshop? – (almost) everything can be realized in the Business Lounge!
Network gatherings or workshops are of interest? - check the Magazinboden!
You want to have a meeting in a closed space for up to ten people? – book the Event Office!
Time slots are set according to agreement later in time.

We would like to point out that we are in no way affiliated with this. The brand name “jazzahead!” was used without our knowledge or consent for these mailings.In case you receive mails in that manner, we advise you to disregard and discard it.As a jazzahead! attendee with a registration valid for the current year, you will always have access to the detailed attendee list via our participants portal.

In the past years, our exhibitors have repeatedly been contacted via mail by a company named „EXPO GUIDE S.C.”. Please do not answer their data request! EXPO GUIDE sends out this offer to a number of different events and the respective exhibitors. We would like to point out that we are in no way affiliated with EXPO GUIDE S.C. The brand name “jazzahead!” was used without our knowledge or consent for these mailings.
In case you receive mail from EXPO GUIDE S.C, we advise you to disregard and discard it. If you have already signed the offer and by doing so have entered a contract, we strongly suggest that you contest the validity of the contest.
