jazzahead! is a trade fair, conference and showcase festival - with contemporary, high-profile jazz from Germany and Europe and from overseas. From April 11th to 13th, the jazz world will come together to network, exchange ideas, attend conferences and panels, and experience 40 showcase concerts in the official program during four days at jazzahead!
In 2023 were around 3,000 professional participants from 60 nations were registered, coming from various fields of business activities like: artists, bookers, labels, agencies, publishers, festivals and clubs, distributors, production companies, lobby institutions, associations, press and more.

jazzahead!, the world’s most significant annual jazz convention in Bremen, Germany, connects you with the international scene.

Exhibitors

With your own stand at the fair, you have the maximum trade fair visibility. From miniature booths with 4 m to larger individual solutions, we offer stands and stand equipment for your needs and budget, so that you can present yourself optimally.

It's easy to submit your stand and location requirements via our exhibition software. You can also use the program to register co-exhibitors and order technical and other services.

Parking

During set-up and dismantling times you can park your car at the Bürgerweide without charge.

During jazzahead!, we provide a limited number of free parking spaces at the "Bürgerweide" public parking lot. More information on-site at the exhibition office in Foyer of Hall 6.

Your benefit:

By Car

Our electronic fair guide navigates you from the motorway through the city to MESSE BREMEN.

Please note: If you use a navigation system, enter "Theodor-Heuss-Allee" as the destination. This will take you directly to the Bürgerweide car park. The parking garage can be reached by entering "Hollerallee 99".

There are up to 2,500 parking spaces available at the Bürgerweide car park, depending on integration of the space into event areas or use as outdoor area. Further information and parking fees of BREPARK are available here.

The parking garage Messe offers 250 parking spaces, access via the Holleralle. Find more information at the Traffic Management Center.

By Train, Bus & Tram

From the main station you take the exit on to the Bürgerweide, cross an open space and then you already reach the halls of MESSE BREMEN within 5 minutes.

An excellent offer: use sustainable transport and relax while you travel. Get the Event Ticket with Deutsche Bahn. That special is extra for you. Your Event Ticket at a single nationwide one-way price of 51,90€ (train-specific travel) or 72,90€ (unrestricted choice of trains), available from every DB station.

If you are traveling to us from within the city, take the following bus lines to us: 24 (stop Blumenthalstraße), 26 and 27 (stop Messe Centrum).

By Plane

From Bremen Airport Hans Koschnick you can reach us by taxi or tram in just 15 minutes (line 6 to Blumenthalstraße stop).

jazzahead! is the world’s largest meeting place for the international jazz scene. Around 3,000 professional participants from 60 countries met in Bremen in 2023. If you want to know which companies have already registered for the upcoming edition, have a look at the current list of participants.
As a registered participant for jazzahead! 2024 you have the opportunity to view the contact details of the participants who have agreed to the publication of their data via the Participant Portal.

We warn against scam and phishing emails

Our participants have repeatedly been contacted via mail by a company claiming to be selling the jazzahead! 2023 visitors/attendees list. Please do not answer their request! We would like to point out that we are in no way affiliated with this. The brand name “jazzahead!” was used without our knowledge or consent for these mailings.In case you receive mails in that manner, we advise you to disregard and discard it.As a jazzahead! attendee with a registration valid for the current year, you will always have access to the detailed attendee list via our participants portal.
