Participation Options in 2026
Registration starts 1st September 2025
As a professional of the jazz industry you can experience jazzahead! the way you like to:
Register as professional participant and choose between one (available from 20th December) or all three of the packed days at jazzahead! - full of conferences, panels, high-profile jazz concerts, networking events and exquisite foods & drinks.
Naturally, you can also become an exhibitor. Find out more about our stand booking options here.
Please note: in 2026 we don't offer a registration as co-exhibitor - if you're wishing to come as part of a delegation of an exhibitor under e.g. an umbrella stand, please refer to your exhibitor for instructions.
jazzahead! Conditions 2026 - Overview
All prices are net prices (+19% VAT)
The online registration closes on April 21st, 2026. After that, a walk-up registration is possible; an additional fee of 20,00 € + 19% VAT will be charged.
Walk-up registrations can be made from 22nd April online or on-site at the fair starting 23rd April 2026.
The following discounts are offered throughout Online Registration (until 21st April):

DISCOUNT 2: valid for members of DJU and students. A verification document (e.g. Student ID, membership certificate) – not older than 12 months - must be uploaded during the registration process.
BECOMING PART OF AN UMBRELLA STAND AS A PROFESSIONAL
Please note: No more Walk-up Registrations with stand affiliation! Register yourselves before 21 April 2026.
As of jazzahead! 2026, no more co-exhibitor-participations offered - we are all professionals.
In an attempt to clarify and avoid missunderstandings, we are refining participation options.
The general participation option will be "professional participant". These can also be affiliated to one of our many umbrella stands.
This also means we no longer offer the fixed price of 155€ + 19% VAT for Co-Exhibitors. Instead our exhibitors will be able to provide a 20% discount on each rate. This leads to greater discounts for early registrations.
Please get in touch with the main exhibitor, who is organising the stand you want to join. They are provided with the necessary information, links and codes.
Usually, the exhibitor is an export office, jazz federation or any other institution promoting jazz/music/culture abroad. If you don't know who you should be getting in touch with or are looking to join one of the stands listed below, write Janika an email.
